“udghattitaha samanchaivaa tadhaagratala sancharaha

anchitahaa kunchitaha soochipaadah shodah prakeeritaha”

These are 6 types. Udghattitam, samam, agratala sancaram, anchitam, kunchitam, soochi padam.

Udghattitam

The heel is raised, toes pressing the ground and then the heel is pressing the ground

Samam

The feet kept in flat position (natural position)

Agratala sancharam

The heel is raised with the toes pressing the ground and moving on the ground.

Anchitam

The heel is touching the ground with the toes raised

Kunchitam

The heel is raised and the toes touching the ground

Soochi padam

The heel is raised and only the big toes is touching the ground
