School Exams

Every child born today is prepared to go to schools to complete their education. The Students learning any art forms along with regular education are greatly benefited.  Our history shows there are sixty four (64) art forms in India and learnt for many ages. Only Five (5) fine arts i.e., music, sculpture, literature, painting and dance are said to be the highest among them. The Kuchipudi incorporates all the above five (5) fine arts, emerges as a Highest collective Dance Art.

Respecting the efforts and dedication of many great legendaries to promote and develop the Kuchipudi dance art form, a mixture of music, literature and dance, Rudra Kalakshetram Cultural Society started an innovative program “Kuchipudi Education in School Academics” keeping in view of the necessity to aware the students about the essence of Kuchipudi dance art instead of a mere performing art.

Through this program, Rudra Kalakshetram shall impart education to the students of 3rd to 9th class by seven year (7) academic curriculum consisting Theory, Slokas and Practical pattern in  Kuchipudi dance starting from Grade-1 to Grade-7, assess and provide them relevant certification after completion of the Grade every year. This program shall help the students interested to acquire higher qualifications viz., Certificate course, Diploma and M.A. offered by the Universities and in turn supports the Universities to increase the number of students joining the said courses.

Thus, there will be increase in the number of artists also. A region and a country with more artists shall be prosperous and happy. Thus Rudra Kalakshetra is dedicated to spread our Kuchipudi dance art to the world with high efforts. It is an undeniable truth that this is possible only with the cooperation of schools and parents
